‘Making the impossible edible’ is a bold tag line, but on entering Laura’s newly opened shop and bakery in Bagshot, Surrey, I could immediately see that it fits perfectly. It’s pretty hard to believe that they are actual cakes, entirely edible with the most amazingly detailed figures, sculpted out of chocolate and hand painted. For something more traditional like a wedding cake, the sugar crafted flowers are also stunning. I could have stayed there all day taking photos of all the details!
