What an amazing wedding, made even more special by the fact that I went to school with the Bride, and university with the Groom. Jon & Tor got married on possibly most gorgeous May bank holiday weekend ever. Traditionally it pours down all weekend, not great for a wedding planned in the glorious outdoors of the Wiltshire countryside. Well, the gods were with us (perhaps something to do with having a Vicar & a Rabbi taking the ceremony?!).
How do you pick a few of the best photos to blog when there were so many great shots? You don’t, you put in loads more because you can’t decide!
Tor’s beautiful lace dress, complete with stand. Don’t adjust your monitors, I have added an E6 slide film cross processed look. I like it, you may not :.)
Castlebridge, Tor’s parents’ lovely house. They only moved in a few weeks before the wedding, so it was a 24/7 operation to get the terrace and steps finished. Seeing the result, it was definitely worth it.
A new meaning to the word ‘cheesecake’. This literally was a cake made of cheese, cut with a very big sword.
Jewish traditions are so much fun…
A perfect ending to a perfect day…
