Corporate Staff Portrait Photography

Some corporate staff portraits I photographed recently on location. I often work with plain backgrounds for portraits to maximise the usage of the photos, so it was great fun to take these on location in a fantastic office space.   {Click any photo to view full screen}     Are you looking for a corporate photographer? Queens’ College Cambridge | Sam’s Birthday Party

It was a pleasure to photograph Sam's birthday party at the wonderful Queens' College Cambridge. Starting off with a champagne reception in The Old Kitchens, guests then enjoyed dinner in the stunning Old Hall, the original college dining hall dating from 1448. I loved all the details; the fireplace, decorated wood panelling, tiles and stained glass windows. Special mention to Ganache Macarons for the amazing personalised macaron tower (yes, I had to try one, they're delicious!).   {Click to view full screen, click again to exit}     Please get in touch if you're looking for a party or event photographer in Cambridge....

Tattersalls Newmarket – Dowsing Sound Collective

What a fantastic place for a concert! Dowsing Sound Collective wowed the sell-out crowd with a brilliant in-the-round performance in the sales ring of Tattersalls in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire. Thanks to the team at Lightwave Productions for their lighting which made it an amazing show to photograph. Sounded great too, Half-ton Studios.   {Click any photo to view full-screen, click again to exit}       I love photographing live events, please get in touch if you'd like a concert/band/theatre photographer in Cambridge....

St Marys Cambridge Dowsing Sound Collective E-Luminate 2016 Opening Concert

E-Luminate Cambridge 2016

Brightening up what is usually a dark damp month, the e-Luminate festival created a wonderful atmosphere around Cambridge. It's the fourth year of the festival, and once again many of the city's most iconic buildings were lit up with colourful lights, and I really enjoyed capturing it. Colour Your City With Light: Susie Olczak | Senate House, Cambridge As well as the light installations, there were events around the city, starting with the opening night at Great St Mary's Church. People were queuing around the church to watch the a concert by the Dowsing Sound Collective, who were brilliant as always.     On Saturday night we went...

Conference Photography Cambridge at Judge Business School 2015

Cambridge Judge Business School Risk Summit Conference 2015

It was great to be back at the Cambridge Judge Business School to photograph the annual Risk Summit conference. Always pleasure to photograph here, the huge windows let in lots of light and there's plenty of space for delegates to network during breaks. The open staircases allow for some excellent angles too, letting me get height and staying out of everyone's way. Delegates also enjoyed an excellent champagne reception and dinner in the magnificent 16th century Hall at St John's College, Cambridge. Blendology oneTap Badges for Events & Conferences

I've been to a lot of conferences and events, and these name-badges-with-a-difference from Blendology really caught my eye as a great bit of technology (very appropriately I was photographing an event for the Innovation Forum). Instead of handing out business cards or writing notes on scraps of paper that are likely to be lost, delegates can simply tap the badges together and each others' contact details are stored. At the end of the event the information is downloaded from the devices and delegates receive one handy email with the contact details of everyone they tapped, clever! ...
