We really like what we have seen on the website, what is the next step?
Excellent, I would love to hear from you! Please fill out my wedding contact form so that I can check availability. I can then either arrange for us to meet or confirm the booking over the phone/email.

Your wedding photography is very special and personal; it's important that you get on well with your photographer to get the best possible memories of your day. You're very welcome to come to my home studio to meet me and look at my portfolios and albums. I'm based in Guildford in Surrey, but often photograph weddings all over the UK and abroad. If your wedding is further afield, I would be more than happy to travel to meet you, so please do get in touch to have a chat about photography for your special day.

How do we secure the date, we love your photos and don't want anyone else to book you!
To confirm the date for your wedding, I need a signed copy of the booking form together with a booking fee. Some dates are extremely popular (Especially weekends May - September) and I can get booked up well over a year in advance, so please do get in touch as soon as possible.

How far do you travel?
I photograph weddings all over the UK, Europe and Internationally. I really enjoy travelling, so please get in touch wherever you are getting married. The ‘Wedding Weekend’ package is very popular for weddings abroad. This includes photography not only on the wedding day, but also on the day before and/or after. This bespoke package is tailored to your individual requirements, so please get in touch to discuss your wedding plans.

How long will you stay at our wedding?
This is up to you, but typically from one to two hours before the ceremony until the first dance. Timings can be discussed at the initial meeting, so we can arrange that you will have all the photographs you require.

How many photos will you take at our wedding?
I do not have a set amount of photographs that I take during a wedding, I will take an unlimited number to tell the story of your day. Typically you can expect to have a selection of between 200 and 400 images, depending on the number of hours of coverage you require.

Do we get to keep all the photos?
Yes! All packages include a high resolution CD of all your wedding photos. These are printable up to A4 size, with no copyright or watermark.

Do you take family group photos?
Yes. Family and group shots are an important part of the day. However, I would ask that you limit your list to 6-8. This will allow me to capture the candid moments of your day, which from experience are the ones that you will want in your album!

Do you have backup equipment
Yes. I always have three cameras at a wedding, plus spare flash, batteries, memory cards etc. All photographs taken are backed-up twice more once I return to my studio and a copy of all your photographs is then stored at two locations. Your wedding photos are important to me!

What happens after our wedding?
Your photographs will be uploaded to a password protected web gallery ready to view when you get back from honeymoon. If you are not going away immediately, your photos will be ready two weeks after the wedding. Friends and family will have access to the photographs after you have seen them and can place orders though the website. This is a very popular feature as there is no proof book to hand around and you don’t have to spend ages collating orders from everyone!

How do we select the photos for our wedding album?
There are a couple of options. You can select all the photographs that you would like in the album from the website gallery and I will design the layout, or you can leave the whole selection and layout process to me. Once I have designed your album I will put a proof on my website, which you are welcome to change as many times as you like.

Do you offer Thank You cards?
Yes. You may select your favourite image from the wedding to be printed onto the cards. These are unique and are an excellent alternative to those bought on the high street. All full day packages include 25 thank you cards, you may order additional cards at £1.75 each (£1.50 for orders of 100 or more). If your package doesn't include cards, you're very welcome to order some (minimum order is 25).

Can you make our wedding photos into unique artwork?
Yes. You may choose your favourite images to be turned into beautiful wall portraits, either framed or on canvas. You'll be able to see some examples at our initial meeting. Frames/canvases make a fantastic gift, why not put one on your wedding list?

Do you offer a pre-wedding/engagement photography session?
Yes. The engagement photo session is a great way for us to get to know each other a little better before the wedding. Pre-wedding photo sessions are available at a small extra charge.
