Emma and James had a fantastic New Year’s Eve wedding. They were married at St Joseph’s Church in Grayshott and had the reception at the beautiful Cain Manor in Surrey.

Everyone was in true party spirit and it was such a fun day! Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Nicholson!

Elmers Court, New Forest, Hampshire Wedding | Rachael & Jack

We had some gorgeous late Autumn light for Rachael and Jack’s wedding in the New Forest. The were married at All Saints Church in Milford on Sea. The reception was at the fantastic Elmers Court in the New Forest, Hampshire. Lovely couple, fun guests, beautiful grounds and great light, what more could you want?!

How nice does that champagne look?! For the camera geeks, this is taken at f2 on my 1.4 50mm lens. Love the sharpness at the front and soft bokeh (out of focus area) behind.

The grounds at Elmers Court are brilliant for photos. So many options.

Back inside using the soft window light and oak panelling in the background.

Great backdrops and light for the group photos.

Cool room for a wedding breakfast.

Wedding Photographer Hampshire | Heather & Peter’s Wedding in Lymington

Heather and Peter had a lovely wedding ceremony at St John’s Church in Boldre, Hampshire. It wouldn’t have been complete without their Westie, Lucy, as a bridesmaid (she was allowed to walk down the aisle too!).

After Heather’s 10 years in the wedding industry, I expected the level of detail to be good, but I was completely blown away by the marquee they put up in their garden and all the little touches. Amazing!

Paul & Irene’s Wedding | Fortaleza da Luz, Portugal

Wow, what a wedding! Irene & Paul were married right next to the beach at Nossa Senhora da Luz, the Praia da Luz village church in the Algarve, Portugal. Very conveniently the reception venue, Fortaleza da Luz was just across the road; a gorgeous old fort overlooking the sea. With Irene’s New York, Greek and Portuguese connections, Paul from England, and best man Karl flying in from South Africa,it really was an international affair!

Thanks to everyone for making me so welcome, it was an amazing day and great to meet you all

Elizabeth & Damiano’s Wedding | Seaview, Isle of Wight

Hannah and I spent a lovely weekend in the Isle of Wight for Elizabeth and Damiano’s wedding. They were married at the Holy Trinity Church in Bembridge and then on to the gorgeous Priory Bay Hotel in Seaview, complete with its own private beach, cool!

As a weather presenter for the BBC, Elizabeth had an extra close eye on the forecasts and had personalised updates from HQ on the day. We weren’t sure if they were just trying to please us by saying the sun would come out in the afternoon, but they turned out to be right, just as we pulled into the reception venue. Perfect!

I would be in big trouble if I didn’t give Hannah a special mention for lending Elizabeth her flat shoes for the long muddy walk down to the beach while she went barefoot. We couldn’t ruin the gorgeous Leboutins now, could we?!

Sarah and Martin had a lovely wedding ceremony at Guildford Registry Office, even more special as they were married by a very good friend. Then on to the Manor House Hotel in Guildford, Surrey. A brilliant venue that I know very well. Lots of fun locations for portraits. Thanks to everyone for being so much fun, and to Sarah and Martin’s son Charlie for being so cute!

Wedding Photographer London | Jenny & Michael’s Wedding in Pimlico

Jenny and Michael had a beautiful wedding ceremony at St Saviour Church in Pimlico, London. I got to have my first ride in a Rolls, which took us to the Tate for some portraits, brilliant! Then on to the reception, a sightseeing cruise up the Thames with lots of food, drink, music and fun!
